Description
The Online Training (OLT) course introduces Earned Value Management (EVM) policy, analysis, and management processes as they apply to DoD integrated program management. Professionals will learn the processes related to establishing and maintaining the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB); learn how to measure performance using data reports, metrics, graphs; and learn how EVM data can support a program manger's risk assessment.
