Description
Leading at the Speed of Trust is a two-day workshop that elevates “trust” from an undervalued or transparent element of organizational effectiveness to a visible element of strategic significance. Leaders and organizations learn that trust enables collaboration, innovation, effectiveness and efficiency and are able to harvest and reinvest the “dividends” of trust to improve the energy, performance and commitment of their workforce. This highly interactive workshop engages leaders at all levels in the real work of identifying and closing trust gaps that exist in their organization. Instead of paying Trust Taxes, you can begin to realize Trust Dividends. The seminar is based on the best-selling book The Speed of Trust by Stephen M.R. Covey. Participants learn from hands on activities—not theoretical models or hypothetical cases. Leaders measurably increase the speed and scale of results by improving trust with stakeholders, including their direct reports, peers, superiors and customers.
