Description
Welcome to Program-Level Data Strategy, an online training (OLT) course. A Data Strategy at the Program Level supports the DoD Data Strategy with respect to the program’s mission within the context of the National Defense Strategy and Digital Modernization by providing the overarching vision, focus areas, guiding principles, essential capabilities, and goals necessary to meet the DoD Enterprise Data Strategy goals. Success cannot be taken for granted. It is the responsibility of all DoD leaders to treat data as a weapon system and manage, secure, and use data for operational effect. Programs must deal with at least three types of data at the Program Level: Programmatic, Operational/Product, and Contractual Data.
