Description
This Online Training (OLT) course provides students a fundamental understanding of Digital Product Support, the use of authoritative system data and models in developing, implementing, and executing a system’s product support strategy (PSS). The course provides an overview of digital engineering and digital data definitions and principles; DoD and Service policy and guidance; implementation examples across the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements; considerations for when to use digital for new and modified legacy systems; and considerations for developing requests for proposal and executing contracts using a Digital Product Support approach.

Target Attendees
The primary audience is Product Support Managers (PSMs) and Life Cycle Logisticians (LCLs) planning or implementing Digital Product Support for DoD systems. Secondary audience includes other members of the Acquisition Work Force and members of sustainment organizations.
