Description
This Online Training (OLT) introductory small business course covers the small business vision, goals, culture, and values from the view of the Functional Leader, A&S, and the SECDEF. The course will review small business success stories highlighting some contributions small businesses have made to the success of the Department. The course will also provide key, baseline business processes, tools, legislation/policies, and procedures, including funded programs and socioeconomic programs. Finally, the course will discuss the expectations of small business professionals throughout the Department to help provide an understanding of where and how they fit into the Defense acquisition landscape.
