Description
The objective of this Online Training (OLT) course is to describe the parts management process and to provide the skills and knowledge to implement a coherent parts management plan. The course will cover the parts management plan; roles and responsibilities; policy and contractual implementation requirements; costs and benefits of a parts management plan; and tools to aid in parts management.
